It was such a non- productive funny day today. Places I went were closed, projects I was working on were breaking and ending up in the bin. I really didn't get  anything done except a lasagna that is in the oven at the moment and if not careful I will burn it!
I did find a new place though.... The little Flower Candy co. Turns out they opened a retail shop in my neighborhood. I have had some of their treats before, they have wonderful carmels!!! The owner is super nice and had us sample a few things ( who wouldn't love that?!?) sure I'll try that chocolate! Sure I'll try that Belgium marshmallow, sample the coffee?- why that would be lovely! YUM!! Christine, the owner, said that in a week or two she hopes to have sandwiches and salads going and as she is so close to my home and work, I will definitely be stopping in again. Homemade candy, pastries, coffee, I may have just found my new "secret lunch club " spot. If you are local, go on in and check it out.
